In just two weeks I will be in Las Vegas for the WLS Meet & Greet. I’m looking forward to meeting soooo many people, and just hanging out and relaxing in some warm weather for a few days.
There’s lots of details starting to come out on what’s going on, so I figured I would post some info here.
First up… I’ve been talking to the folks over at BTV, and I will be doing some taping with them…. and it will be food oriented. Not sure exactly when we’re going to get the shooting done, but I’m looking forward to working with Big Mickey and the ladies on the ideas I have… so look for me in some upcoming BTV episodes.
Second; Cari (aka Gastric Bypass Barbie) just announced that Dr. Katzen of Beverly Hills has booked conference room at the Platinum and will be offering up free (private) consultations, as well has doling out other info, prizes and snacks. Check out his website for more info on him and contact them for more info.
Speaking of Cari, she has also put together some t-shirts for the event. They are pre-order only, and will run about $15 each. They’ll have a M&G logo on the front and on the back you can get one of two versions.. or both. Up to you. Drop by her website for more info.
The folks at BTV will be hosting a bit of an open house or something Friday evening, details are still pending on that… as well as details on Saturday’s main event and possibilities for Sunday. Some of use from the BTV forums that are getting in to Vegas early will be hooking up for lunch on Friday if any others care to join us. Just get in touch through the BTV forums – I’ll have my netbook, so I’ll be looking at posting updates on Thursday evening if we pick out a place to meet too.

You freaking ROCK! Whoo-hoo! Thanks for putting this together :-) I have much more coming, so stay tuned! We are trying to get several guest speakers lined up for Saturday in Dr. Katzen’s room, so it should be a really fun schedule of events. I figured it could be fun to have both structured events AND casual opportunities for attendees and…oh yeah…FREAKING TEE SHIRTS!!!
